Completely independent, I quickly realized how easy it was to procrastinate, surf the web, and take a 2-hour lunch. Struggling to focus on what would drive my practice, I worked all day but wasn’t getting any further ahead.

It wasn’t until I began investing in myself that I saw a transformation in my life and business. For me, my productivity increased after assessing where I spent my day. From there, I began to develop habits in managing my time, energy, and focus.
These became the Better Business Habits I needed to improve my practice and surpass my goals.
